Senator Rieger, sponsor, moved and asked unanimous consent to                  
withdraw SENATE BILL NO. 51 An Act relating to income of the                   
permanent fund; and providing for an effective date.  Senator Taylor           
objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being no further                 
objections, the bill was withdrawn.
